Told us our beauty was wrong, so they starved us—
Of our heritage, our pride, our natural grace,
Forcing us to cover what was meant to be embraced.
But today, my crown is free—untamed, unapologetically whole.
I slather my face with the love that nourishes my soul:
Banana, honey, avocado, oat milk so pure,
Dragon fruit, blueberries—this blend is the cure.
